What happens if the product I receive is wrong or faulty?
We have very high quality standards when it comes to manufacturing and shipping our products. However, in the unlikely event that we sent you a wrong or faulty product, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of goods.
If your item is faulty, please tell us what exactly the fault is and include a photograph so we can understand the issue better.
We will replace any faulty items like-for-like. We will also replace a wrong item with a correct one. If the item is no longer available we will refund the original payment method.
We will reimburse the costs of delivery for the return. The reimbursement will be the same as the cost of delivery that you chose in the initial transaction.
What happens if the product I order is lost during shipment?
We partner with www.myhermes.co.uk, a courier service with a very good track record, to deliver your order right to your door. However, in the unlikely event of lost shipment, please contact our customer service at email@example.com within 30 days from the date of dispatch.
It is our policy to replace items that are lost during shipment. If the item is no longer available, we will refund the original payment method.
What happens if I change my mind about my order?
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from receipt of goods provided that the items you are returning are unopened, in the original packaging and in pristine condition.

We will refund the original payment method, upon satisfactory receipt of return products. However, we will not be able to reimburse the costs of delivery of return.
